Vidalista is a brand name for the generic drug Tadalafil, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps men achieve and maintain an erection. Vidalista is available in a variety of strengths, including 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, and 40 mg. The recommended starting dose is 10 mg, taken as needed, approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity. Vidalista can be taken with or without food.
