Blue Zopiclone is used to treat insomnia or other transient sleep issues. Both falling asleep and staying asleep during the night are facilitated by it. By affecting certain chemicals in your brain, it induces relaxation and drowsiness. Only in cases when alternative non-pharmacological therapies are failing is zopiclone used.
Only brief periods of time (often up to 5 to 10 days, and only thrice or four times a week) should be spent on zopiclone at the lowest possible dosage. It shouldn’t be used for extended periods of time or on a daily basis. This is due to the fact that your body rapidly adjusts to it and that it is unlikely to have the same impact going forward. It may also become ingrained in your body. It is recommended that you keep up your relaxation exercises while taking zopiclone.
